try bazooka spyware scanner available from www.download.com, it scans your system in about 10 seconds and tells you what you have on there, it catches a lot of stuff that the other ones don't because it's way stricter (it catches windows media stuff, for customer improvement plan) and it gives you link to there website about how to manually remove it, it gets rid of everything spybot and ad-aware can't.
