Default spam bot using my contact page

Hello,

I have a contact form on my website. It seems some spamming bot has discovered my contact page and has been using it to send tons of spam emails to my inbox. Is there any way to prevent this?

The website is on a Windows Server 2003 machine running IIS 6. It was programmed in C#.

You simply need to add a captcha into the form that will prevent automated processes from looping through the submit process.
