Default Security Setting

This i think is a pretty simple question but i am new to xp so i dont really know. Well i was trying to download this program off the net and it said that "YOUR CURRENT SECURITY SETTINGS DO NOT ALLOW THIS FILE TO BE DOWNLOADED" what do i do to chane my securtiy settings so that i can download the program? Thanks

You using any Firewall, AntiVirus Programs? SP2?

hi mate!
The security setting in your browser may be set to High . basically do the following steps and it should be working:
1.In the browser's Tools menu, select Internet Options.
2.In the Internet Options dialog box, click the Security tab.
3.In the "Select a Web content zone" control, click the Internet icon.
4.In the "Security level for this zone" area, reset security to Medium.
5.Click OK.
if this still does work then email..
