Is there any way I can remote into a computer with out having special software on there comp. i wan to be able to take over a computer by just know an ip adress or something. I've found programs that have to be instaled on both ends. Also any recomendations on a good free hacking site for begginers

You're not going to be able to get into someones computer that easily.. At all. You have to LEARN stuff to be able to get into their computer remotely, in C when you 'master' it there's connect() and when you do it you can remotely connect
but.. That's really.. un..Safe? You'd have to hack into many box's before executing your shellcode so you don't get caught..
Like this:
[you]--[GERMANY]--[BRAZIL]--[LONDON]--[victim]
Then you'd delete the logs at brazil, and at germany so people think that London did it ^____^
