Default Program(Icon) mysteriously changed

A computer on the network had an icon change overnight and the program path also changed. The program is a custom .exe file. What worries me is the name of the program changed to the Sys. Admin. password. No one was here to do it, I think it is a network breech. Just wondering if anyone has heard of or experienced this.

Note, I just started working here and there is no firewall on the network, which I am getting shortly.

I think you just been Invaded by a well known hakcker.

Add a firewall and make sure no programs in the folder has gone.

Someone has changed the folder to that name thinking you where going to open the folder in another folder (confusing but hard to type)

You should be ok if there is nothing else wrong.
