Hello to all,
I was hoping to get some advice on the following:
I tried installing Truecrypt on my portable hard drive...the install was easy. I set up a file container of 18g called...took about 12 minutes... however once it was created it had one of the white icons and when I clicked on it, it said I didn't have the software to open the file...
My computer OS is win XP
My portable hard drive is Lacie and is mac formatted... I do have macdrive and easily open mac files with it.
So I deleted truecrypt and try to download a mac version of it and my computer wouldn't let me do that... The message I get is, "can't mountmac disk damage" ... an unexpected error occurred...
Is there a fix or what am I doing wrong? Thanks for taking the time to read and any tips you may offer...
