Default packet editors

yeh hey everyone, long time kein sehen,

at the moment i am using network active Piactf something to take a look at my incoming packets, that is all well and good but how do i actually edit packets i want to send???? i just need to edit some of the dataand then send it..

does anyone know how i do this?? or a decent prog i can use?

possibly create my own packet

you could write your own in C...
Windows XP shipped with MFC libraries that allowed raw packet access, so I would be surprised if there weren't packet editor out there...
certainly raw packet access has been available in linux for ages.
