Default Not welcomed Post

I want to add a few unwelcomed comments (not ment to harm anyone, just get a message acroos) To a web site. I wanted to know if there is any way to input my thought into the web site. Would i have to know the passwords and stuff and do an FTP? or somthing? Thanks

Im not sure what you mean by post some unwelcome comments. If they have a forum that seems easiest but you will be blocked quickly
Unless you mean actually change whats on the site. Then you would most likely need the admin password.
