Default need help

Hey guys. How is it going ?

I am having a hard time with a virus in one of my computers in the network. The PC is not connected to the internet but there is another computer which is connected in the same network. I suspected it is a blaster worm. I downloaded patches from both symantic and microsoft but its not working. When the virus's shutdown message appears the program's name thats causing this headache is lsass.exe.

its only available from peer to peer file sharing floppies and mass mailing as it shows here

lsass.exe is a system process of the Microsoft Windows security mechanisms. It specifically deals with local security and login policies. Note: lsass.exe also relates to the Windang.worm, irc.ratsou.b, Webus.B, MyDoom.L, Randex.AR, Nimos.worm which spread via floppy disk drives, mass-mailing and peer-to-peer sharing.
