I'm using Chrome with Adblock and I really don't ever get any popups. Maybe I just don't browse to any place with popups. I dunno. Adblock is great for blacking ads though.

Opera has a nice built-in pop up blocker, and Firefox has an extension called AdBlock Plus (ABP) pretty easy to configure.

Yup same for me, also make sure you actually disable popup windows from the main firefox menu (if you go that route)

I don't want to switch browsers because they don't render the ACP in my VB software correctly. So is there an add on to IE that can supplement blocking popups?

Have you since looked to see if AdBlock Plus is avalable on IE? That is what I would do at this point. You might find on that is just as good.

IE sucks. That simple. You can't get any popup blockers for it.
Case closed?

Ad block plus also works on chrome, and i would agree. IE is not the best out of all the other browsers in my opinion.
Did just find this though, i didnt test it though, so at your own risk http://download.cnet.com/3028-12512_...FRGg4Aod6lwAyw
