Lol; if you're going to be anal about security you might as well go for Windows Server 2003.

Haha; Windows Server 2005? Haven't heard that's out, or indeed even being Betad.

Windows Server 2003 if you're going to be anal will be the best Operating System you could go for if you're up to cancelling the Server factors. I may install it soon anyway - I'm writing a site I can't upload for months so it may be in my best interest.
