Default lass.exe prob, help!

ok yesterday when i started my comp on a black screen with a cursor it came up wif a message : lass.exe-syste, error a invalad handle was specfied

then it rebooted and worked normally... this mornin i got the same error then it rebooted and the same error and on the third attempt it worked ........... what im worroied about is tomorrow will it be 4th boot

i googles lass.exe and it turns out it is a virus, my scanner wont get rid of it.... PLEASE HELP IDMEDITLY!

Lsass isnt a virus there WAS a virus a little while ago that would do somthing with the lsass but if you have all the windows updates it shouldnt be that....all i know is that the lsass sint a virus. Hope that makes some sence...

oh srz, i frogot to post that this mornin i used restore on reg mech and it is workin fine now
