It Is Really Unnecessary To Capitalize The First Letter Of Every Word.

Anyway, get Firefox. It's a lot more secure than Internet Explorer.

In Firefox, you can clear your private data by pressing Ctrl+Shift+Del.

Try CCleaner as well to get rid of temporary files and such:

Sounds like he has some sort of software installed on your computer to monitor your activities. Run this spyware cleaner:

It would be helpful to know more about your setup...so for starters,

- What operating system and version are you running?
- If Windows 2000/XP, do you have a separate user account than your friend? If so, what type of user access rights are assigned to each account?
- Is this your computer or your friends? Who controls the Administrative account?

How do you know that? From the looks of it, your friend put some type of a keylogger on your computer and is monitoring your activities.
