I cannot access to sites that require password

For the last month, I cannot longer access any websites that require password. (Comcast E-mail, School E-Mail, etc.) When I try, I get the “The page can not be displayed”…..Cannot find server or DNS error” page. I have Windows XP Home Edition and internet explorer Ver 6.0.2800 with Cipher strength = 128 Bit (That is what the Help Info says) I can surf the internet/WEB with no problems except I cannot get to my E-mail or other secured sites. Is there a security feature or bug that will cause this?

You might have support for SSL disabled. Open up internet options and check it out. You could also try and alternate browser. Something like Firefox or Opera.

There is an option in yer browser to remember your passwords also...
