How many virii have you had?

I haven't had a virus on my computer for nearly 5 years.

Please people, tell me how you get so many viruses on your computers ?

I look at computer stores and they are always filled with computers riddled with viruses.

I know what i download, I don't download any old file.

How many virii have you had?

The maximum viruses i've had was one ... which then turned into two because it downloaded a little unwanted payload ...
Fortunately, i got it off

thats because ppl don't know what they are doing.
If u visit only safe websites (not any hacking,porn etc ones) and know what u are downloading and have a firewall u are not going to get many viruses.
I know of a website that once u go there u get a virus. Well actually the virus get's in when u close the browser after visiting that site.
Quite nasty. But that virus was immediately overpowered by my AntiVir, which totally kicked it's ass.

I've had a few viruses. I think I have had 2 that I couldn't get rid of without reformatting. And then some smaller ones, like the one I mentioned above.

same here, if i ever get a virus ... which is rare its normal just the one small virus.
