How do you secure your PC

AVG anti-virus
Spybot

Plus I am careful about where I go on the web!

when i have time i scan with Spybot - Search & Destroy and Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware

and the most importent tool:

i might use spybot and ad-aware to remove some stuff but that's nearly never.

Firefox + adblock plus

Also, a little knowledge about safe computer practices, and I never have problems with virus/spyware/malware. The fact that Gmail doesn't allow exe attachments in emails is also of note.
