Help - Virus

Hi

I have a laptop and it seems to have a virus, I have run Malware and I deleted the ones it picked up it asked me to restart it and it just will not start up, it is just in the 'startup repair' screen and it just will not do anything can anybody help please!!!!

It has tried to restore to a point but it can't get past this startup repair screen.

Either try in safe mode or if you have your windows disc then boot with that then try to get it to repair the windows operating system.
