help please!

hey guys lately my pc has been running really slow and getting lots of page cannot be found pages on the internet when all my settings are right.
i also get a pop up in the bottom right of my screen next to the time saying my pc is infected click here to update and remove registry problems. now i have run panda anti viruse avg anti virus a whole load of registry cleaning programs ad aware ect and nothing has worked please try help me!

have you tryed to run them in safe mode, press F8 on bootup. that way nothing will execute or reinstall itself !
