help new Virus,,

hello all , i own a cybercafe contain 14 pc's, i install new Windows XP pro SP2... then i got the error msg for the Win32 generic host so i have install the update file....

but i got a new things now , microsoft.com and the related sites to microsoft dont open, and msn live don't installed because " check your internet connection "


the problems :
1- i cant load microsoft.com
2- i cant load MSN live website
3- any antivirus site do not open like AVG , Nod32, Norton, etc... .
4- Folder option -> Show hidden files and folder , i select this but when i press OK it go back to Do not show hidden files and folder.

I think that reinstallation of the windows is a good way rather it is a lengthy process. But after it you must install the combi of avira+malwarebytes+comodo firewall to protect your system from the viruses. I knew it is heavy for the system but it is a better way to save the systems from the virus attacks.
