Im sorry if this has bee posted beofre but I thought that people should know what good software to use for security and performance,
These are some program that I use to stay virus and spyware FREE
Anit-Virus- Norton anti virus 2003
spyware/Adware- Spybot, Adware, Microsoft anti spyware
Firewall- windows firewall
Registry- Registry tune up, Registry fix
Defrag- Diskkeeper
Internet washer- Smart protector, Windows Washer
Clean up- disk Clean up
Free space wash- Iolo System shield
Browser- FireFox
