Is there any way to hack my xp computer from vista we're both on the same network becuase i need to back up my data windows xp is running really slow and freezing

If you mean is there a way to set up a network then yes there is. Check out this link for help with it form the xp end:

If you were talking about true hacking, that isn't discussed on this forum.

hmm as soon as you said hack alarm bells started ringing. if your both on the same network each computer should be able to access each others files (if set up correctly), so whats the problem?

You should be able to use your network to do this or CD, DVD, USB device, external hard drives etc... You don't need to hack anything to backup data from another PC.

and to answer your question yes you can hack from your vista machine into your xp machine.
