Exclamation Getting rid of ProRAT!

I wanna know how to get rid of ProRAT. Someone sent me it and I have looked on a few sites but its all too complicated. I know what it is, I use it so don't give me some stuff 'bout that.
Please help me

Lol, I don't think were supposed to discuss those types of programs here... You can't just uninstall it or remove the directory it's installed to?

Is there not just an uninstall on Add/Remove Programs - or is it so illegal it wants to stay on your computer?

It's probably imbedded into explorer.exe or something stupid.
