Default Doesent display correct type/icon

I work with bin files, files that end with bin (*bin). After I installed new windows. all the bin files that are soppose to be a BIN file, is now a icnsfile, what is that?

before I installed my new windows. It usually said BIN file for all my files that end with bin not icnsfile

Install PowerISO this software can open .bin file.
