Default Desktop Taskbar changes color on it own...

Hello, I have a rather strange problem.
When I restart or normally turn my PC on and Off, the taskbar color on the bottom of desktop goes from the Silver Windows XP color to the Blue.
I dont' know if this is a malware causing it, or some sort of setting. I have scanned the PC with Bit-Defender Antivirus, MalwareBytes Anti-Malware as well as ran Combofix.
When I run Combofix, the problem goes away for couple days, but then comes right back...:miffed:
I would greatly appreciate any kind of help on this. ty
Under is my HIJACK log, had to post a new reply becuase it was too long
