Default delete unneccessery processes

do you guys kno where you can control what processes you want to run at the start up of ocmputer and what you dont wanna run.

msconfig can do it, but not all. if you are using winxp or 2k, you can go to admin tools, component services. you can disable some process there. if in case you are not too keen on this tweaks. just install a software to tweak it.
