sry i dont understand u ("The "210" is the layout for making teh binary "). What does "teh" means? I do not understand this sentence, cause my english isnt the best, can u formulate it in another way plz?

"teh" is a type of "the" it is also Uber L33t h4x0r way of talking,

lol actually maelmord, there's this game I used to play and EVERYONE said 'teh' and I ended up picking it up and can't get rid of it.. grrr....

OK, for everyone else it's a l337 w0rd...

there are too mny charectors out of the range of Ascii, (even extended tables)
eg, 270, 380, 500, 300, 266, 315, 330.
and too many below the printable range...
