How can I stop my computer from geting hacked from people like eyelfixit

Turn it off and yank out the internet wire!
Seriouly - get hold of a firewall. Get your windows updates up to date, try running an os such as Unix whish has less vunerabilities. Try to filter some of the obvious ports (80) etc.
