Which Antivirus Program Is Best?

What do you have against free programs? I may understand your situation with Mcafee but free programs ? Please tell me your reason because in my opinion from using several of these for quite a while, they are much more effective than the ones that you pay for if you have a good combination of antispyware and antivirus ...

AntiVir is a very good program imo. Dectects files that are zipped and encrypted etc when AVG doesn't. Though both are good I would go with AntiVir outta of the two free ones .
