I'm not going to list every single game, and I am aware that there is a wikipedia page with a list, but in the same way that a link to google brings no traffic, a link to wikipedia brings no traffic, where as a comprehensive list of f2p games, will bring traffic and cut out extra page loads

Ah, okay then. I've played about half those games and ones that stood out were: FoFiX, Nexuiz, Armagetron advanced, FlightGear, Tux rider, FreeDoom, FreeCol, Neverball, Openarena, and Xpilot.
