. Anyway my mom has a piece of garbage compaq computer and for xmas I would like to build something better for her. Shes going thru a divorce right now so she doesnt have the money to buy a new one so I would like to build something for her. Im not looking for anything high end just something cheap and will be better than what she has. Im in college so I dont have a lot of money but heres a list of specs for a range of what im after.
-1.5Ghz(intel specs) Processor, AMD Barton would be perfect
-40ish GB hard drive, 7200RPM
-256MB RAM
-A motherboard to support it all, preferbly integrated video and sound
If anyone out there has a somewhat desent shuttle PC I may be interested in that too. If anyone has anything pleae let me know. Also my email, kris925@hotmail.com if have anything. I will see it faster then a PM.
