Default Windows Vista Home premium.

Hey, I am selling my friends copy of vista home premium. I have it listed on ebay, so if you want it, you can tell me soon, and I might be able to take it off ebay.

$100 + $10 shipping.

Is that a fair price?

if he has used the CD key than you cant sell it legally, since your friend has signed the EULA to that key. i would email microsoft to see if there is a way to "deactivate" his key.

You need to tell people if it's the Full version or the Upgrade version.
Big difference in pricing between the two.

most OEM software has "not intended for resale" on the package, might not be the case here, but that would be the reason it would be illegal...
