When I say old, I mean old. I mean so old, that it can run on 8 mb of memory. Of course, it can be newer then that
![]() Preferred specs: Cd drive GUI Internet access Allowed Specs: Floppy drive DOS-like interface no 'net Not wanted, but allowed specs: No removable media system (floppy, cd drive, etc) DOS-like interface with barely any commands Humongous, 500 pound computer In other words, I will accept an Altair 8800 or an Atari or an Apple HC, but not a Jacquard loom or the EDSAC XD

You're not going to get anything too old with your preferred specs.
And people are just going to give these computers to you are they?

And yes, I know I wont get to old with preferred. Thats why I called it preferred, not Allowed. Its what I Want, not what I Need.

Go to ebay. You can pick up a C64 uber cheap nowadays.
Atari 800 is another good one. Dont get the 400 or an xl model. The 400 had the worst keyboard ever (except for one that i have... still havent figured that one out) and the xl was incompatible with a huge chunk of programs.
