WANTED: PCI TV Tuner
I am looking to buy a cheap and easy to use tv tuner for my computer for around $10 - $20.
Needs coaxial port on card. It has to be PCI or PCIe 1x. I would prefer if it had the capability to produce an HD image. PM me if you have an offer!

The best option to look for suppliers of TV tuner online would be from B2B websites. There are lots of reputed b2b websites you can look from.

Check with http://www.amalgampcstore.com sometimes they get in used TV tuners they basically 'give' away. If they don't have something your looking for, just e-mail them, they can perform custom orders for you.
