WANTED- LCD flatscreen/flatpanel monitor

They put the stickers on right out of box. It just sat around forever. never hooked up to a PC.

Why's it got a County Health Dept. sticker on the back if it's brand new, out of the box, and why does it look kinda old and covered in fingerprints?

Anyways, what's the actual size and refresh rate? Max resolution etc.

maybe just an old monitor from the office. possible that it is new tho, i went into a lawfirm that had brand new 17 inch acer flatpanels and the next month i came back they had bought viewsonic 17 inch flatpanels. they gave away the monitors to their employees. they were 2 weeks old. lol
