Is this pc good for me??

Im selling my imac to buy a new windows based computer. All i do is online banking and surf the net and play counterstrike. Will this computer be an upgrade from my imac which is only 2 gigs of memory and 500 gig hard drive? Will this computer be really fast for surfing the net? -Thanks a bunch |
