Interest Check Dell F/S

Yeah it's just an interest check... I don't have the computer in my possession so it;s just interest. I know it's a dell but it won't have dells crap software on it.

P4 2.4GHz
1GB Ram
100GB HD
OnBoard Video (I think, if it has a AGP slot I will add a Radeon 9200Pro)
CD
DVD
No monitor
XP Prof. clean install with antivirus and microsoft office.
Thats all I can think of... offer up... no bullcrap like "I offer 10 cents because its a dell"

I'm guessing it's a Prescott? And is it socket 478 or LGA 775?
400 MHz RAM?
PCI Express slot?
