Hmm, I actually asked that when I was younger. You see, shipping entire PCs is costy, especially old PCs. If you pay shipping, that helps, but it's kinda hard to ship a full PC tower. I'd recommend you to ask your local shops. That's how I got dead stuff, but I fixed them.
