I can give more specs, since most of the comp was mine anyway

mATX Mobo, Socket 754.
AMD Sempron 3300+ Stock 2.0GHz
(Can overclock a little with this combo to about 2.2GHz)
1GB PC3200 (2x512)
Atlantis Saphire ATi Radeon 9600Pro with copper tube cooling
120GB Western Digital Caviar IDE
Custom heatsink I built, works great
A nice custom case. and a cd drive etc.

It runs some games, pretty much all of the games from the 2004-2005 era, I know it will run CS:S high settings at about 30-40 FPS. I ran vista ult on this comp with a lower 9000 series GPU (9200Pro) and it was OK. (No aero though)
