Gaming PC for sale

I want to sell my gaming PC but I'm not entirely sure for how much. Here are the specs:

Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600 @ 2.66GHz
4GB DDR2 RAM @ 800MHz
1 TB HDD (2 500GB @ 7200rpm)
Windows 7 Pro x64
Nvidia GTX 260 868MB
Creative Soundblaster Xtreme gamer Fatal1ty edition
Ultra 800W modular PSU

I wanna know what would be a good price, as I have someone who would be interested in buying it. Also, I wanto to use the money to move to an Alienware M-11x so I can have the portability I need and the gaming prowess I want.

This is what the case looks like, but it has a metal side panel rather than clear plastic, and it has some decals on it (Gears of War icon, Unreal Tournament, etc.)

No, nothing is wrong with it. I was just wondering what I could get for it. It doesn't have any serious scratches on, mostly just the kind you get from cleaning with a rag.
