well i googled a bit and the specs required are ersonal computer with an Intel Pentium 233-MHz or faster processor (Pentium III recommended) * 400 MB of available hard-disk space * CD-ROM or DVD drive * Super VGA (800 × 600) or higher-resolution monitor

So it would run

So it would run but i do not know how smoothly,the office 2000 already on there runs smoothly.

Yes ,it will run Windows Server 2003. It requires a 133MHZ CPU Minimum! Oh and...a Northbridge and southbridge chipset
