Yes, on newegg I bought my version of Windows XP Home Edition for 92 USD. I installed it myself. There is no reason to have 150 dollars to have the disc adn Key that costs 92 and to install it which would normally be FREE OF CHARGE.

No thats incorrect. Intels are not horrible. They just aren't as good as AMD...in Opinion. I like AMD better....but truthfully This dude is a scam.....hate to say it...but that Is what I am lead to believe

Still a tad confused... unless I'm reading wrong windows xp home comes preinstalled and he charges $150 for the CD. Is the pre-install licensed with a COA on the side?
