A step by step guide to using the google online survey please click How to use google document to create online survey

Access the survey after you complete it & statistics analysis

Go to Google Document --> Own by me --> you will see a list of documents you owned/created. Click on the survey you created and you will jump to another page which is the result of the survey.

Various tools are shown at the top of the spreadsheet for you to do some analysis.

If you used to other statistics software, such as SAS, STATA, SPSS, you can download the survey response directly to cvs file. Click File --> download as

Editing the Survey after you Saved the Survey

We might want to edit or modify the survey after we saved the survey. What you need to do is go to Google Document --> Own by me --> the survey you created --> Form --> Edit Form. Rest is the same as how you set up the survey.

Send or Embed the Survey on your blog or website

Another handy function of this Google online survey from Google Document is that you can send the survey link to others or you can simply post it on your blog or website.

Click Email this form and provide the email address if you want to email to others. Click More Action --> Embed if you want to have the survey on your website --> Copy and paste the code from the pop up window.
