Which New computer?

I want to upgrade to a new computer and want opinions on Hardware. I am more of a software person and do not understand a lot of Hardware specs as far as Motherboards, processors and their speeds etc. It's been long time since I have upgraded and computer brands and processors have changed over the years so rather then spend the next two months trying to go through the pains taking process of finding reviews for this stuff, I'd rather just ask all of you that know more about it then me. Here's what I ‘ve got and where I want to go! I currently have an Acer computer running an AMD fx 6100 6 core processor with 8 GB Ram and Windows 10 Pro 64 bit installed. When I run apps like Pinnacle studios 19, my fan is really loud or even when it does a scan with AVG it is loud. I mainly use my coputer for downloading music and movies, watching movies, listening and organizing music and creating and editing videos etc. and browsing the internet using only Firefox.
I have a budget of about $1300 CAD and have found 6 products so far within this which I have provided links below. If you do not want to go to the links I have provided the main specs above each link.

I am not too crazy on the first two HP models because of their case designs but anyways I just wanted to know what my best bang for my $1300 CAD would be without having a loud fan!

For the above option I will go to: CLX SET for the video card.

But for me, my opinion: I will never buy those, you're $1300 CAD Budget will get you more than those specs above. If you will build it on your own, you can get a much more power from it, asus z370-f, i7 8700k, 16gb ram, 1070gtx or higher if still on budget, psu 650w, nzxt case if my computation is correct. Ram and Hard-Drive/SSD has a big drop price you can get a 1TB SSD in a much cheaper price and a high end RAM 16gb with also a much cheaper price.

Pottery has a point about the PCs to go. They're made with the cheapest parts possible so their profit margin are great.

Build your own or some one to build it for you for a fee. You get to hand pick the good stuff to put together and with your budget, a killer system.

We can help you with the build.

By the way, the Ryzen 3 2200G (CLX) has a video chip built in so if you go for that system get a Ryzen 5 2600 CPU instead (if you can).

Thanks guys, I found a couple sites that do custom builds so will repost a couple system specs to see what you think!
