Explorer Disappears

Hi,

In few machines explorer disappears often. It's come back only after goto task manager. Please suggest a solution for this.

Is there any error message I the event logs?

Is there any error message I the event logs?

Yes tried malware scan. It shows few files as malware and removed it. It indicates few exe files and temp files as malware.

Or any events logged in the event log?

No there is no error message and no eventlog

Any idea what processes are running when explorer terminates?
