Merry Christmas

Dammit Trotter, you got me drooling all over my keyboard.

:D

You've gotta try this glaze.

1 can jellied cranberry sauce
1 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup orange juice
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp allspice

Put it all in a saucepan, put on med-low heat. Heat slowly until smooth, stirring with a wisk or electric mixer. Spoon over ham during the last 30 minutes.

I did ours in a crockpot. The ham was presmoked/precooked so I mixed some OJ and brown sugar in the bottom of the crockpot and then put in the ham cut side down. I cooked it on high for about 4-4.5 hours, prepared the glaze, drained the juice out of the crockpot, and then poured most of the glaze over the ham. I then let it cook another hour. Frigging amazing. Once it was finished I took out the ham and carved it, topping it with the remainder of the glaze.
