On-Screen keyboard issues

On-Screen keyboard issues w/ desktop, OSK on laptop no issues.

First off it takes about 15-20 seconds to come on?

Secondly I can't adjust it's size w/ the 2pointed arrow?

Been looking for OSK properties can't find.

OS windows 7 home premium 64bit hardware in sig.

Is it a fresh install? Unless you messed up some configuration, I can't think of any reason why it wouldn't work as expected. I don't think there is a specific virus that only targets the on-screen keyboard. Maybe some accessibility setting you modified without knowing what it did?

actually I cloned my OS HDD when I installed the SSD for OS so it's not a fresh install.

have also cloned my LTs OS drive to SSD no issues.

I still don't know how to download a OS from net. I miss XP when M$ provided the OS on a DVD.

where are the settings located for OSK so I can check it's configuration?

On my Dell XPS 18 tnis does the same thing. If ipad and phones can automatically display tge keyboard why can not regular touchscreen computer.
