Add to our issues, the cable went offline this morning around 10:30 hours! Its still off!! Bad timing as this computer hasbeen updating all night and was downloading when internet went out! It maybe tomorrow afternoon before we get it all back!!! Sucks!!!!

I have another question, my computer is locking up. Both mouse and keyboard. I think if memory serves thats a software issue. Like maybe a update didnt make the download all the way when the internet went down. Corupted maybe? Tell me this will fix itself after the connection to internet is resumed..please!!!

Type CMD in the Search box, then right-click on the CMD icon that appears and select Run as administrator. Then type in SFC/SCANNOW and press your Enter key.
