It's actually true.
I have noticed that on the other computer forum i use. Newbie females get more help then newbie males.
On Computerforum.com, your gender will display as a gender symbol if you haven't chosen your own avatar yet.
I have yet to see a female get ignored, but plenty of men and questionmarks (that's if you don't specify your gender) get ignored.
But it does make sense in a way. We usually talk to guys in here, so a female is a change phase.
We want her to stick around. It's a sausage fest in here after all. So It's perfectly understandable.
I am Asexual myself, so i don't give a shit.
It just make sense that the greater number of guys on a forum, the better females are gonna be treated.
(unless it's some kind of forum aimed at teenage boys)
