It's a oem board from an Acer aspire m3201 the board is acer rs780hvf and could be difficult trace them

I can usually just tell by the layout and the location of screw holes. Take a look at this:

Yh there's just one screw hole missing for micro ATX the very bottom hole by the left looks like there a heatsink in the way but either way It will fit into the case even if I can't use all the mounting holes

Have you got any thoughts on the case header

Like technician said, since it's not printed on the board which pins are which, easiest way is to probably just follow the wires on the current case to see whats what, then connect the new header accordingly. It might take some trial and error to get them right.
 
I hesitate to say impossible. But I'd say unlikely since it's all low voltage LEDs and buttons.
