Weird local news

As I read this news I thought why would he get arrested because he got crashed into by a motorcyclist but for failure to stop and render aid?

That had me confused til I figured that he brake checked the motorcyclist thus causing the accident. That make sense to you?

It kinda makes you wonder why he slowed down in the 1st place....Also I do think he should have pulled over and helped that motorcyclist out. After all, it was his fault.

Considering where he is I thought he brake checked the biker for no reason. No mention of a witness though so who knows what really happened.

Getting rear-ended isn't illegal but leaving the scene of an accident is.
